Extrusion systems
Extrusion systems enable the construction of grippers intended for transferring details in any size - from the smallest plastic elements to large metal sheets and entire pallets. Structural profiles are available in three cross-sections: SLine, MLine and XLine.
We offer all assembly accessories necessary for profile constructions.
MLine and JLine extrusions
- Lightweight and rigid
- Special lengths over 2,000 mm on request
SLine extrusions
- Lightweight and rigid
- Material: AlMgSi 0.5 F25
- Special lengths over 2,000 mm on request
XLine extrusions
- High rigidity
- Material: AlMgSi 0.5 F25
- Special lengths over 2,000 mm on request
End caps
- For installation at the end of extrusion, reducing the risk of injury
- Material: PA6 black
Threaded slot nuts – swivel-in
- Galvanized steel slot nuts
- Enables subsequent extension of gripper systems without disassembly
- Ball catch prevents slipping of slot nut during installation
Threaded slot nuts – MLine and JLine
- Mount custom components to MLine or JLine profile based grippers
- Single or double metric threads available
