Our experience and specialization in plastics processing

  • Safety zone configuration (DCS, Safe Operation) in compact robotic cells.
    For all designed machines and robotic stations, we perform a risk assessment in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 12100 standard, concluded with a safety audit conducted by an external auditor. The final risk assessment report, along with the manufacturer's declaration of conformity, is provided as part of the technical documentation, and the machine/station is CE marked.
  • Injection molding machine communication configuration.
    We implement full communication setup with injection molding machines in accordance with the Euromap standard. We have experience in configuring communication using the following standards: Euromap 12, Euromap 67, Euromap 73, Euromap 78, FL-net, and I/O-link.
