D-lift industrial manipulator - a modern solution for lifting heavy elements
Manual handling of loads in production plants and logistics centers is still one of the most common causes of workplace accidents and painful spinal injuries among employees. According to strict occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, the permissible weight of a load constantly lifted by one employee cannot exceed 30 kg (or up to 50 kg for occasional work). Exceeding these limits creates a risk of sickness absences, slowing down processes, and financial losses.
We meet these challenges by presenting our latest product - the pneumatic industrial manipulator D-lift, 100% designed and manufactured in Poland by Dentec engineers.
D-lift: Maximum control, zero effort
The newest D-lift manipulator was created to transform heavy and dangerous material handling into a smooth, fully controlled process. The device allows the operator to maneuver elements effortlessly, bringing the handled part into a state of perfect balance. Thanks to this, even the most demanding transport tasks can now be handled independently and safely by just one operator.

The reference model of the newly introduced D-lift manipulator is characterized by parameters ready for the most difficult workshop challenges:
Maximum lifting capacity up to 250 kg
Enables free lifting of very heavy ferromagnetic materials and other bulky elements.

Maximum working reach up to 4 m
Allows for free coverage of a wide work area zone with a minimum reach of 600 mm.

Maximum vertical stroke up to 2.5 m
With a minimum working height of 100 mm, providing full flexibility in the vertical axis of movement.

Wide angular working range
It is 310° / 320°, which ensures excellent arm mobility and no dead zones around the column.

Uncompromising operator safety
The implementation of modern lifting assistance technologies brings colossal health and organizational benefits. Statistics show that the use of such solutions can reduce the frequency of accidents on production lines by up to 70%.
Crucially in industrial realities, the D-lift manipulator was designed with emergency situations in mind. In the event of a sudden power outage or a drop in pressure, integrated safety valves immediately secure the manipulator arm, eliminating the risk of an accident, operator injury, or dropping a valuable load.

Dedicated gripper – the key to precision
Every workstation requires an individual approach. When designing the D-lift, Dentec engineers focused on the full customization of the working grippers. Depending on the shape, weight, and specificity of your product, the manipulator can be equipped with:
- Magnetic gripper - dedicated to the safe handling of heavy ferromagnetic elements weighing up to 250 kg.
- Vacuum gripper (suction cups) - perfect for fast and non-damaging handling of flat, airtight elements such as sheet metal, panels, cardboard boxes, or glass panes.
- Jaw grippers - irreplaceable for precise gripping of details with complex geometry, barrels, or mechanical parts with high compressive strength.
- Expanding mandrels - designed for efficient lifting and transport of spools, paper rolls, or foil by gripping them from the inside of their core.
