Personalized Industrial Manipulators
We offer industrial manipulators tailored to the specific work environment and client requirements.
At Dentec, we prioritize ergonomics and safety. We are proud to announce our partnership with THEMA – a renowned European manufacturer of personalized industrial manipulators. THEMA is an Italian brand with nearly 30 years of experience in industrial manipulators. Each device is tailored to the specific work environment and client needs, regardless of the shape, weight, or material of the load being handled.
Safety, Flexibility, Design
Our industrial manipulators are designed based on three key values:
- Safety – Each machine is designed with operator health and comfort in mind. The proper construction, balance, and safety systems minimize the risk of injuries and strain, allowing operators to work effortlessly yet maintain full control.
- Flexibility – We don't believe in universal solutions. Each project is customized to the specific workplace, process, and load, fitting seamlessly into the existing space and addressing real production needs.
- Thoughtful Design – Functionality and durability go hand in hand with attention to detail. Our devices are characterized by robust construction, aesthetics, and ergonomics, ensuring reliable performance every day.
Manipulator Production Process
1. On-site Inspection
The process begins with customer contact and, if necessary, a site visit. The goal is to analyze the working conditions and identify the best solution.
2. Design
Our technical team creates a layout along with 3D simulations. At this stage, the type of machine and gripping tool suitable for the load are defined.
3. Production
After consulting with the client and selecting the solution, production begins. Each component is precisely crafted by experienced specialists according to the specified process.
4. Pre-assembly
Before final assembly, the machine is built at a 'zero station,' allowing verification of all components for quality and accuracy.
5. Painting
After mechanical testing, the machine is prepared for painting. Detailing and color are verified to match the order specifications.
6. System Installation
After painting, the manipulator is moved to a special department where pneumatic installations are assembled according to the order specifications.
7. Quality Control and Testing
The final stage involves comprehensive inspection and testing to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance with ISO standards.
