THEMA mobile solutions provide independence and the ability to operate freely in different areas of your facility.

Available THEMA mobile solution options:

1. Electric trolley

This is a complete mobile solution in which the manipulator is mounted on an electric mobile platform. The trolley is powered by a lithium battery, providing up to 10 hours of operation. The system offers two pneumatic power supply options:

  • The manipulator can be equipped with a pneumatic air supply system that can be connected on-site, similar to stationary solutions.
  • Alternatively, we offer an integrated, portable compressor powered by the platform battery.

The THEMA trolley supports a wide range of loads – from 10 to 250 kg – and is suitable for lifting bags, boxes, panels and other items.

2. Base plate

The second option is a relocatable base plate on which the manipulator is mounted. Although not motorized in the basic version, it offers flexibility thanks to optional transport options:

  • Integrated wheels
    The base plate can be equipped with optional wheels, making it easier to move manually over short distances.

  • Forklift transport
    The base plate can be easily transported using a forklift. To ensure maximum convenience and efficiency, Dentec also offers high-quality THEMA forklifts, perfectly matched to our base plates.
