Oil-free FIPA vacuum pumps do not use oil or any other liquid, and the vacuum is obtained in the way of displacement. The vacuum pump consists of a cylindrical rotor that rotates eccentrically in a circular pump casing. A periodically expanding suction chamber sucks in the air through the inlet channel, which is then ejected into the environment via the exhaust line.

Oil-free vacuum pumps do not contaminate the vacuum with oil vapors and are therefore preferred in the pharmaceutical industry, in the production of semiconductors and in the food industry.

The simple construction and high-quality materials make the oil-free rotary vacuum pumps extremely reliable and do not require frequent maintenance. This powerful vacuum generator is used to move heavy objects in a dry environment. Oil-free FIPA vacuum pumps are characterized by very high efficiency - they achieve a high vacuum level (up to 88%) while ensuring high flow (up to 150 m3 / h).

Vacuum vane pumps are compact vacuum generators that require minimal installation space. Due to the very high level of vacuum they reach, vane vacuum pumps are recommended for applications working with porous products in which it is difficult to ensure a tight connection of the vacuum cups with the transferred detail.

The integrated oil recovery system minimizes the presence of oil vapor in underpressure. An effective damping system ensures reduced noise levels. During continuous operation, vane vacuum pump pumps with oil lubrication, like all other wet vacuum pumps, should operate at full load (minimum vacuum level: 99.8%) to prevent oil leaks.

Vacuum vane pumps are available with single-phase and three-phase power supply. Vacuum oil-lubricated pumps can work both in dry and wet rooms.

FIPA piston vacuum pumps are the right choice if you need a robust vacuum generator with a compact design, characterized by high pumping speed and a high vacuum level.

FIPA piston vacuum pumps are free from vibration, do not require oil lubrication and can work with both dry and moist air. In addition to creating a vacuum, FIPA piston pumps can also be used as compressors.

An alternative to vacuum pumps are side channel blowers. Blowers provide high flow rates at low or medium vacuum levels. The FIPA side channel blowers are equipped with an integrated overheat protection system and a permanent seal. FIPA blowers work with frequency converters in the range of 35-70 Hz.
